I wanted to find a recipe for a healthy version of homemade ice cream since I’m such an ice cream eater. The recipe I based this off says it’s ice cream but I think it qualifies more as a homemade frozen yogurt because of the greek yogurt and berries, but call it what you like.
This recipe is so easy and so good, I have begun to prefer it over a frozen yogurt shop, who needs all that sugar anyway! I love that this takes under 5 minutes to make and since it’s made of greek yogurt, you can add granola and eat it for breakfast or any time of day!
I’m really excited to try this with other berries and other variations too, blackberry sounds like it might be my next flavor!
